This policy outlines the conditions under which users, hosts, and agencies may request refunds or withdraw earnings from the Intima.fun platform. Our goal is to ensure transparency, compliance with Australian consumer protection laws, and a fair experience for all participants.
1. Refund Policy (Customers / Users)
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or technical billing error.
- Unauthorised transaction or suspected fraud.
- Content or session was not delivered due to a verified system failure.
- Host misconduct verified through the moderation team.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed sessions or calls.
- Voluntary disconnections or dissatisfaction after content has been accessed.
- Misuse, violation of community standards, or user negligence.
1.2 Request Procedure
Users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@intima.fun with:
- Transaction ID
- Proof of payment
- Explanation of the issue
1.3 Processing Time
Once reviewed, approved refunds will be processed within 5โ10 business days, using the same payment method used for purchase. Refunds may be partial or full depending on case assessment.
2. Withdrawal Policy (Hosts & Agencies)
2.1 Eligibility
Earnings from live sessions, video chats, or bonuses can be withdrawn once they have been verified and cleared of chargebacks or fraud risk. All host and agency accounts must be fully KYC verified.
2.2 Payment Schedule
- Payment Frequency: Daily
- Minimum Threshold: Every 12 hours (rolling payout cycle)
- Currency: AUD (Australian Dollar)
- Method: Bank Transfer or designated payment gateway
2.3 Agency Commissions
Partner agencies earn 5% commission on the gross revenue of their registered hosts. Commissions are automatically calculated and credited to the agencyโs account.
2.4 Delays or Holds
Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of:
- Pending KYC verification
- Account audit or suspicious transaction review
- Technical or banking delays beyond our control
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback, Intima.fun reserves the right to:
- Reverse the corresponding host or agency payment.
- Temporarily suspend withdrawals until the dispute is resolved.
- Impose penalties for repeated or fraudulent chargebacks.
All chargeback disputes are investigated and documented for compliance.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are always returned to the original payment source (e.g., card, wallet, or bank account). Intima.fun does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
5. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
Intima Global Pty Ltd strictly follows Australian financial and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) regulations. Unusual withdrawal patterns or excessive refund requests may result in account review or suspension.
