This policy describes the reporting procedures available to users, hosts, and agencies on Intima.fun to identify inappropriate, illegal, or harmful behaviour. It ensures swift action, fair review, and compliance with the eSafety Commissioner Act, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Intima Global’s internal moderation protocols.
1. Purpose
This policy describes the reporting procedures available to users, hosts, and agencies on Intima.fun to identify inappropriate, illegal, or harmful behaviour.
It ensures swift action, fair review, and compliance with the eSafety Commissioner Act, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Intima Global’s internal moderation protocols.
2. Scope
Applies to all users of Intima.fun, including:
- Viewers and customers
- Verified hosts and agencies
- Intima.fun staff and moderators
- Reports may relate to any feature of the platform — including live video, chat, profiles, payments, or advertising material.
3. What Can Be Reported
- Users may report any of the following:
- Underage or non-consensual content
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
- Fraud, scams, or unauthorised transactions
- Violence, threats, or self-harm
- Technical abuse (spamming, hacking, impersonation)
- Violation of Intima.fun Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Any behaviour that appears illegal under Australian law
4. Reporting Channels
You can report concerns via:

5. Report Review Process
Triage & Acknowledgement – Each report receives a case ID and priority flag.

Investigation – For serious or repeated violations, compliance officers gather full chat/session logs.
Decision & Action – Depending on findings:
- Warning or temporary ban
- Permanent account termination
- Escalation to authorities if required
- Feedback to Reporter – Confirmation email issued once the case is resolved.

7. False or Malicious Reports
Users who repeatedly submit false or malicious reports may face:

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All reports are treated as confidential.
Reporter identities are never disclosed to the accused party unless required by law.
Data relating to reports is retained securely for 12 months for audit and regulatory compliance.
9. Appeals
If a user disagrees with an action taken following a report:
- They may email appeals@intima.fun
- within 7 days of the decision.
- Appeals are reviewed by a senior compliance officer not involved in the original decision.
- Final decisions are issued within 10 business days.
10. Cooperation with Authorities
Intima.fun cooperates fully with:
- Australian eSafety Commissioner
- AFP Cybercrime Unit
- Financial Intelligence Unit (AUSTRAC)
- for serious online content, fraud, or AML/CTF matters.
