This policy outlines the requirements and process for users registering on the Intima.fun platform. It ensures that all users, hosts, and agencies comply with age, identity, and community standards while maintaining platform safety and data integrity.
1. Eligibility
To create an account on Intima.fun, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (no exceptions).
- Provide accurate personal information during registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
- Agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable guidelines.
- Users who provide false, incomplete, or misleading information may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
2. Registration Process
Account Creation
Users register using a valid email address, mobile number, and password.
A verification code is sent to confirm ownership of the email or phone number.
Identity Verification (KYC)
For hosts and agencies, identity verification is mandatory.
Required documents may include:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s licence).
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Selfie verification to match submitted ID.
- Agencies must submit valid ABN or business registration details.
Approval Process
Accounts are reviewed by the moderation team before activation.
Suspicious or incomplete submissions will trigger additional verification or rejection.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately to security@intima.fun.
Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
Each user may maintain only one personal account unless otherwise approved.
4. Prohibited Registrations
Intima.fun does not permit registration by:
- Individuals under 18.
- Persons previously banned from the platform.
- Entities engaged in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Users attempting to impersonate others or falsify identity information.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
All user data collected during registration is handled in compliance with:
- The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
- The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- Our own Privacy Policy
- Data is stored securely and used only for operational, compliance, and customer-support purposes. We do not sell user information to third parties.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:
- Fraudulent activity or identity misuse is detected.
- There is a breach of our Terms, community rules, or payment policies.
- Requests are made by law-enforcement or financial authorities under AML/CFT regulations.
- Users will be notified via email regarding the reason for suspension and may appeal within 7 days.
7. Account Reactivation
If your account has been deactivated for inactivity or verification issues, you may reactivate it by:
- Submitting updated identification documents, and
- Confirming your current contact details.
8. Compliance & Legal Cooperation
Intima.fun fully cooperates with Australian and international authorities in matters related to fraud prevention, AML/CFT compliance, and digital-platform regulation.
We may disclose necessary user information when legally required.
9. Policy Acceptance
